Polly is originally from Northwood, N.D., and was named Vice President in March 2006. She is a 1989 graduate of Jamestown College with degrees in business and accounting. Polly was previously a member of the Jamestown College faculty since 1997, teaching courses in accounting and financial planning. She and her husband, Darin '90, have three children.

Bill, a native of Fairdale, N.D., joined the Institutional Advancement staff in September, 2008. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in journalism. He has managed radio stations in North Dakota and Minnesota, and he has also worked in the financial services and educational products fields. Bill has two grown children.

Erin is originally from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. She is a 2005 graduate of Jamestown College with a degree in business administration and concentrations in general management and marketing. Prior to joining the Jamestown College staff in February 2008, Erin was employed by Two Rivers Broadcasting as an account executive. Erin and her husband, Mike '03, have a son, Jeremiah.

Karen was raised in Oakes, N.D., and joined the Institutional Advancement team in February 2010. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with degrees in English, theatre arts, and education; and earned an M.A. in arts administration from the University of Akron. Karen joins the Jamestown College staff after several years of working in the museum field in the Boston area.

In 1984, she received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University. Donna's husband, Jay, is from Oakes, N.D., and they have three children.

She has been employed at Jamestown College since November 2002 and her writing duties include stories in the Alumni & Friends magazine as well as news releases. She also manages our alumni and friends web site. Erin enjoys playing the oboe and performs occasionally with Jamestown College ensembles. Her husband is David.

Tracy, a native of Jamestown, is a 2005 graduate of Jamestown College. He joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in February, 2007. He serves as executive director of the Jimmie Booster Club and coordinates the Jimmie Scramble Golf Tournament - a perennial summer favorite! Tracy is also the assistant coach for the Jimmie women's softball team.
