Steve Olson '98 and four others started Mortgage and Investment Consultants in St. Paul. It is now the fastest growing mortgage company in Minnesota.

Ken Hall '91 and his business partners sell comfort food with a contemporary twist. P.B. Loco sells seven peanut butter flavors, including apricot, cinnamon raisin, curry spice and the signature flavor, white chocolate raspberry.
